IBC ship goods on a worldwide basis and, where goods are in stock and an order is placed before 12 noon on a given day, we shall always strive to dispatch the order that same day.

Where goods are out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you immediately upon receipt of your order, informing you of the expected/approximate delivery due date.

Within Ireland, the courier service operates primarily upon a next day delivery agreement, whilst transit times for overseas deliveries often vary depending on destination, weight, dimensions, etc. Sometimes, and where unforeseen circumstances may apply, it can take a bit longer so please be patient!

 

Shipping to GB since Brexit

Deliveries to GB are normally on a two-day basis but, as an importer of goods from EU (inc. Ireland), GB companies are now required to have an EORI Number (much as you would a VAT Number), which you can do simply by registering directly with HMRC here… https://www.gov.uk/eori/apply-for-eori

As the courier company now act as the de-facto import agent when delivering goods from Ireland to GB, and the recipient of the product is responsible for all customs duties or tariffs incurred, we are required to provide both your EORI Number and full contact details to the courier company for the charging of import duty where applicable.
